Seedhouse Ranger Station
c. 1922
Built in 1912 by the Forest Service to collect and dry seeds from spruce and pine cones. The operation proved to be too costly and was abandoned. After 1913 the building was used a temporary ranger station. It is located in the southwest corner of the west pasture at Seedhouse near the river and present bridge. The station was closed down in 1945.
