Simmons' House at Slavonia
The Slavonia house, was built by Scandavian masons who worked for once owner Mt. Wilt in 1917. Wilt deeded the properties and house to partner Grant Simmons around 1910. The two operated the Slavonia Mining Property and the Aces High Mining Property, located near Gold Creek in the Zirkel Wilderness.
