Evangeline Simmons and Hereford 1926-1927 Evangeline married Doc Utterback in 1938. They met at CSU. Evangeline's parents lived at Slavonia (Mt. Zirkel), she was the 1st woman student in the animal husbandry program at CSU. Her father was mine superintendant in Slavonia.
