Bryon Lee Groesbeck Bryon was born April 1, 1897 in SS. Began working for the forest service in 1914 & 1915. Served in the US Navy form 1917 to 1920. Returned to Routt National Forest in 1922. He transferred to US forest service in Mich. Married Hazel Lou McLead on July 11, in East Tawas, Mich.. In Sept. 1927 he entered Mich. State University, school of forestry. After collage he became asst. forest supervisor at Munision, Mich. He retired March 31, 1957, building his home on the shore of lake Michigan.
