Front view of Slavonia. Simmons family lived in the house, located in the Zirkel Wilderness. Mr. Wilt and Grant Simmons were partners in the Slavonia Mining Property and the Aces High Mining Property as well as the Fox Park Lumber Co. in WY. Wilt financed the building of the house, Slavonia (which he named in honor of the master craftsmen who constructed it) in 1917. There are more photos of the house in the file.
