Charles Hogue (1916 - 2005)
Originally from Meadville, PA, Hogue joined the 10th Mt. Division in 1942. He served as staff sergeant for Company L of the 87th Infantry Regiment. He fought in Kiska and Mt. Belvedere. He was awarded a Purple Heart and Bronze Star for his heroic service. He met Maraget Squire in Steamboat while on leave from Camp Hale. After the War, the couple married and lived on the Frank Squire Ranch. (scan only, original with donor)
