Photo of home, business, and barn with horse and carriage: "W.H. Rose U.S. Commissioner. Real Estate Act Craig Town Site" According to the Museum of Northwest Colorado, the house was built in 1890s and the barn was built in 1904. Today the barn is known as the Luttrl Barn, on Victory Highway. The Rose family built the first house in Craig.
