Thomas MacManigal Evans,was a sheep rancher in Casper, WY. "Uncle Mac" who was born in Las Vegas, New Mexico around 1890. He was the brother of Sara DeSaix Evans Gernes. The grandmother of Marc Wilson (contributor). MacManigal likley took sheep through Hog Park in the 1930s.
